Qweerty Gamers Birthday Bash (2026)

Promoter: Organized by Qweerty Gamers, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Eligibility: Open to participants worldwide except where prohibited by law, subject to specific physical shipping limitations outlined below. Must be 18 years or older (or age of majority) to participate.

Tier 1: ROG Ally Grand Prize Giveaway

  • Eligibility Threshold: Fundraisers who individually raise $500 or more during the Birthday Bash campaign.

  • Global Goal Prerequisite & Milestones:

    • The first ASUS ROG Ally giveaway is unlocked once the global campaign reaches its $3,000 fundraising target.

    • An additional ASUS ROG Ally will be added to the prize pool for every additional $3,000 raised globally (e.g., 2 devices at $6,000, 3 devices at $9,000, etc.).

    • If the initial $3,000 global milestone is not met, the Grand Prize drawing will not take place.

    • Prize Details: Each grand prize includes:

      • One (1) ASUS ROG Ally handheld device (shipped physically).

      • Three (3) digital Steam game codes for curated Queer titles (delivered electronically via email).

    • Entry Limit: One (1) entry per eligible fundraiser ($500+ raised). Each winner is drawn randomly from the eligible pool.

Tier 2: Qweerty Gamers Merch Rewards

  • $20 Donation Selection Entry: Donors who select the $20 “QG Swag Bag Giveaway - Chance to win!!” on the official Qweerty Gamers Tiltify campaign page will receive one (1) entry into a drawing for a Qweerty Gamers T-shirt and sticker pack.

  • Milestone Giveaway: An additional Qweerty Gamers T-shirt and sticker pack will be awarded to a randomly selected donor for every $250 raised during the global campaign.

  • Prize Details: Each prize set consists of one (1) official QG T-Shirt and one (1) QG sticker pack.

  • Shipping: International shipping included where permitted by law.

Tier 3: Geeky Glamorous Prize Pack

  • Eligibility Threshold: Donors who contribute $10 or more in a single donation are eligible for this drawing.

  • Prizes: Two (2) Geeky Glamorous Prize Packs awarded to two separate winners.

  • Prize Contents: Each pack includes one (1) Geeky Glamorous bag, one (1) custom pin, and one (1) $10 digital gift card.

  • Delivery & Geographic Limitation:

    • Physical Items (Bag & Pin):UNITED STATES ONLY. Due to physical shipping restrictions, physical prize items are strictly limited to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.

    • Digital Gift Card: The $10 gift card will be delivered electronically via email to the address associated with the winning entry.

General Terms & Fine Print

  1. No Purchase Necessary: A donation or payment does not increase your chances of winning. To enter without donating, mail a postcard with your full name, email address, phone number, and campaign name to Qweerty Gamers during the campaign window.

  2. Selection & Notification: Winners will be drawn at random within thirty (30) days of the campaign conclusion and notified via the email address associated with their Tiltify or fundraising account. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

  3. Sponsorship: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with ASUS, Tiltify, Twitch, or any social media platform on which it is advertised.
