On June 2nd, 2021, Qweerty Gamers (a 501c3 LGBTQ Gamer Nonprofit) was excited to have Espe Symone host our latest grant recipient announcement. The recipient announcement was for none other than her fantastical self, Espe Symone, a Twitch Content Creator, Drag Artist, and Black and Queer Community Activist.

Upon receiving the Victoria Kennedy Microgrant, Espe Symone had this to say My passion project and the reason for applying for the Qweerty Microgrant is Black By Daylight. Black by Daylight is a collective of black content creators whose main focus is Dead by Daylight. I felt passionate about this project due to the nature of being black and creating content. Black content creators have to work twice as to receive half the recognition. The idea behind Black By Daylight is to produce a group of people who are there to uplift each other and signal boost each other. This will help Black creators find an audience of like-minded people. Catch me live on Twitch or follow my Twitter to learn more.”
